RATES & ENSEMBLE TYPES
Our rate is $150.00/musician for the 1st hour and and $120/hr for any subsequent hour.
We have a 1 hour minimum policy. Our performance services may be prorated in increments of 15 minutes after the first hour. The contracted time begins when we first start performing, but we do show up early to set up and get situated.
For weddings, please calculate in prelude music time prior to the ceremony beginning. Most clients approximate abou 15-20 minutes worth of prelude music while guests are being seated, but this can be anywhere between 10-30 minutes depending on the size of your guest list and personal taste.

TRAVEL RATES
We are based in Honolulu, Hawaii. If the event is based in Honolulu or Waikiki areas, we do not charge travel. The island is quite small but the roads and traffic can be terrible so getting around can take more time than expected, depending on the time of day.
There is a charge of $10/musician travel fee for areas such as Kaneohe, Kailua, Waimanalo, Wahiawa, Ewa Beach. There is a $20/musician charge to Ko'Olina, Mililani, etc. There is a $30/musician travel fee (in addition to the performance rate) for any areas such as Kaawa, Laie, etc. and $35/musician to the North Shore and Hale Ewa. Please inquire about and specific areas.
Outer-island Performances and International Travel
We do travel to the outer islands pending availability. Most commonly Maui, Kauai, the Big Island, Molokai, Lanai. The purchaser must provide round trip scheduled air transportation by a licensed common carrier and ground transporation to and from the airport, engagement, and/or lodging (if applicable), for all musicians, luggage and musical equiment. Since it will require a longer period of stay, we generally negotiate a "day" ensemble rate, rather than charge by the hour. We are happy to perform more than once throughout the day as needed. The quartet has even traveled on an event to South Korea in November 2008. Let us know how we can accomodate you.
